Still alive! And some Rare Drops pages

Hello, I'm finally updating my blog! I've been working on Spencer and Locke 2 which I'm still plugging away at and unfortunately there's not much I can share right at this moment, so most of my work has been not blog worthy. I do want to post more though, so here's a good chunk of pages that i was drawing on my lunch break for Rare Drops 4, introducing a new character!

SPX Wrap Up and some Illustrations

Yoo! It's been half a month since I returned from SPX and I haven't updated cuz wow have I been working. Anyhow, SPX was a blast! I had a great time, I really want to go back next year. I hope it's a show I can keep returning to, but only time and my luck will tell. If you bought one of my books or got a commission from me, THANK YOU! You help make this feel like it's working! It is, but I can get sorta meh about how I do things after a while. But yes, I will share some of the art I did at the show and just some art I've done since.

Rare Drops: The Rough and Tough 'Rinth

Here is a taste of the second part of Rare Drops, where Arya and Lucio find out what it means to be tough. I still need to make a cover for this one, hopefully it'll be done by the end of the week.

I'm happy with the art on this one, especially the characters. I feel like I finally know how to draw them with some good expressive faces despite being so simply drawn. I hope people enjoy these comics.

Arya is one of the main characters of my fantasy comic, Rare Drops. Arya goes on adventures to find rare treasures and generally just enjoy life! Check out the first chapter here, The Ice Cave. Or you can purchase the comic here in my Store.

I'm going to try to make a new post everyday with a drawing of another character of mine whose name begins with the next letter of the alphabet. Tomorrow is B! When it's complete, I may compile them all into a sketchbook to sell here and at cons.

Rare Drops, The Ice Cave

Good morning! Here is a rare post in that I'm not gonna post process stuff, just the final version of a comic I've been working on the past few weeks for Charlotte Mini Con. If you wanted to read an all ages fantasy comic by me with minimal tragedy then here's the comic for you. I hope you enjoy it. Hopefully I'll have this printed by the convention so I should have this for sale soon if anyone would like to buy a copy.
